Nothing bad I bought so many ways over the years the more about. The only complaint I have I tried to get information on the peekaboo as round because I really wanted about four or five more and I would like to know if were gonna get us in stock again.
I did call and they connected me to some line that wanted to charge me to do the research.

I would like to exchange my hair for a different length. They sent me the wrong length and I want to exchange it for the correct length and the customer care is too hot to get on is hard.
Its too hard. Ive been trying to get this done all I need is a return label

Thats great customer service. It took me at least 30 minutes to get someone on the phone and she couldnt help me.
Bangs are very thin
This wig doesn't look like the advertised one. It needs to be curled or handed to someone who knows what to do. I would love to like it, but I can't fix what's wrong.

I ordered a16 inch hair and the hair looks like 14inch there was nothing on the box or inside the box that showed that I had received the correct length that I had ordered
Preferred solution: Since they send me a 14inch hair and not 16 inches I want the refund for what i paid for
