I ordered a wig and I never received my package. I sent all information they requested and still haven’t received any resolution on what Luvme intends to do.
This is the first time I had problems receiving anything from this company.
This isn’t my first wig. So if you can help me or replace my wig.
Because my husband Michael Evangelista placed an order for my wig . My name is Darlene Dickson and I have not received my package even though they said it was delivered.
Someone is home every day. So I didnt receive my package.

Verified ReviewerPackage Says Delivered Never Arrived to my home on my cameras
I placed an order with Luvme on 12/4. The package was shipped through 3PE shipping.
The package notification indicated that it was delivered to my home on 12/11, yet no delivery person came, neither USPS/UPS/FedEx. I am unable to reach Luvme or 3PE, and I paid through Klarna. I have halted all Klarna payments but have already paid 115 for a wig that never arrived or was delivered. I checked with my post office to see if they received it from 3PE, and they said they hadn't.
I am now in the process of fighting for my money for a product I never received. This is the second time I ordered from Luvme, and the first time, they sent a fake hair wig.
I lost half of my money with that purchase and hoped for a different experience. I will do whatever it takes to get my money back from this company.

My name is Angela Evans. I have been trying to get 8n touch with you.
I am requesting a refund on a item I purchased.This is not the wig that I order. It was purchased on Nov 30, 3024. When I opened the box a week later to see this is not what I order. I fo not see an order number except for what is on the outside package.
Very frustrated customer. Please just me how to resolve this issue. Your returns and getting in touch with company is very difficult. I email you , went online .
It got me no where but more frustrated.
Looking forward to resolving this issue I made my purchase through PayPal . I only have the package it came in.

I need to return my wig, I have a small head and the amount of hair in the wig overwhelms my face. Also where do I find my order number?
I am a senior citizen on a fixed income please allow me to return the wig because it just doesnt look like the picture on the site at least not on me. Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.

Hello,
I feel really bad about my experience with this company. I placed an order on 11/26/2024 around 1:04pm. This order is my first and intended to use it for my birthday celebration on the 30th of November. Since this order, I have tried everything humanly possible to reach customer service, all to no avail. I didn't receive any response via WhatsApp or my email since the 26th of November when I wrote to them.
I noticed that I used a wrong email address during my purchase, hence making it difficult to track my order. I used uchepearl0@***.com instead of Uchepearl301@***.com, I noticed a hike in the final bill. I was charged way higher than the initial price I saw before paying for this product.
I haven't been able to correct or cancel this order from my end. I haven't felt this frustrated buying a product before. I ended up paying $281.39, how did that happen? My 10% first time purchase promo wasn't applied. When do I get this order, does it get to me before my birthday?

My call did not go through! It said that the number was out of service!
I purchased my unit on November 4, 2024 and the lace front is not lying flat.
It doesn't look natural at all. I've been on YouTube watching influencers and how they style their units and any tricks or hacks on how to create a natural look. I LOVE the hair, but I believe that the lace front is defective. I would like to know if I can receive a replacement?

The order was not delivered to me. It was delivered to the wrong address.
My order, LM487****, was not delivered. The picture that says it was delivered was not of my house, which is gray.
