I have already sent two messages regarding returning two wigs that do not match what was advertised on your website. I have not received a response, and my 14-day return window is about to expire.
As stated in your policy, customers must contact Luvme before returning items. I have made multiple attempts to do so in good faith, but have not been assisted.

I am ready to return both wigs immediately
I have located a U.S. return address and plan to ship them from the post office
I need confirmation and proper authorization to avoid any issues with my refund

- Disappointed at lack of direct support despite spending on wigs.
You can provide a customer service phone number so that we can contact you directly. This is the only company that I know that you cannot get in touch with directly.
This is inexcusable when we spend a lot of money on your wigs.
I am very disappointed that I cannot talk with someone regarding my problem.
