I have already sent two messages regarding returning two wigs that do not match what was advertised on your website. I have not received a response, and my 14-day return window is about to expire.

As stated in your policy, customers must contact Luvme before returning items. I have made multiple attempts to do so in good faith, but have not been assisted.

At this point:

I am ready to return both wigs immediately

I have located a U.S. return address and plan to ship them from the post office

I need confirmation and proper authorization to avoid any issues with my refund

Confirmation of the correct return address

Instructions to ensure my refund is processed

Also, not all customers use WhatsApp. It is very difficult to reach your company, and a working customer service phone line would greatly improve the customer experience.

I ordered a wig on 9 April and I did not receive it and I would love to find out. When am I going to get it cause Im going to travel on 23 April and I need that wig to wear.
