I have checked with my neighbors, and they have not even seen my package. I really love my hair.
I've ordered a couple of times, but I've never had this happen to me. So please resolve my issue to make me a happy customer, and I will return after receiving this product.

- First delivery attempt: caller was lost and spoke only Spanish.
my hair didn't get deliver to my house haven't heard back for anyone to help resolve the issue.
They sent my package to the wrong house. My address is 10635 Buck Henry Lane.
The first time they tried to deliver, the man called me and said he was lost. We couldn't communicate because he only spoke Spanish. He didn't deliver it. I reconfirmed my address and was waiting for my second delivery.
The second time they delivered it to the wrong house.
I really loved my wig, and I wish I could get it. Maybe next time they can send it to the post office to make it easier on y'all.

Trying to return a wig and to complaining about the quality of your wings
Purchased five wigs from your company. All of them shed and get tangled up.
I kept four; I can't with this last one. I want a refund.

- The wig has a bald spot.
- I filled the return form several times and haven't received an email.
- I want to return the wig and get a replacement.
I got a wig with a bald spot! I reached out and filled that return form out about 10 times and still havent received an email.
The quality is usually good but their customer service use to be great!
Now is bad. Like ima just trying to return this damn wig n get another one I have a wedding to go to.

Response timing via product returns. I purchased a unit and it has not been worn, but it is not for me. It's too large and not the same color that was advertised. So I followed the return policy via email/voicemail and have yet to get a response regarding the next step. You have a 30-day return/refund policy. Pics were attached.

My spouse order the wrong wig for my birthday
- Got an 8-inch dark wig with no highlights, not the 12-inch highlighted wig.
- I want to exchange for the 12-inch highlighted wig and pay the difference.
I sent my spouse a picture of which wig I wanted for my birthday but I received the wrong wig. I wanted the longer length(12 inches) wig with highlights.
I think he ordered the wrong wig because the price did not match the wig that I wanted. I received an 8 inch dark color no highlights.
I would like to exchange and pay the difference for the right wig. Thank you.
